About Us

At Huckle Burger, we are committed to three core values: customer service, quality food, and community. On a typical day we might get a cup of coffee from Loralyn at Giddy-Up Coffee, or get our tire changed from Jim at Warehouse Tire. In those moments, we are the customers. An hour later, the young lady who made our latte and the young man who changed our tire enter our restaurant and become our customers. We are both the customers and the servers when we live in a small community. 

When we encounter great service, it is because “Maddie” did great, not because Starbucks did great. When we encounter bad service, it’s because “Bob” was having an off day, not because Jiffy Lube was failing us. Business, service, and community are fundamentally about people. At the heart of things, our customers are our neighbors, our families, and our friends. We strive every day to do our best for them, and we thank them not only when they bring their business to us, but also for providing a service to us when we leave here! 

In every business there are two main elements, the people and the products. Our commitment to recognizing that our customers are our neighbors, family, and friends helps us to maintain a high level of service, and our commitment to them compels us to seek out the highest quality products available for them. We hope that every customer can see our efforts, feel our sincerity, and taste our quality.
